Job DescriptionThe role of Junior Lawyer / Law Graduate is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable firm's Wills & Estate team in Toowoomba. As a member of the team, you will work closely with Directors and senior lawyers, receiving direct mentorship and guidance from experienced legal professionals.
Key responsibilities include managing a diverse workload, including will and estate planning, power of attorney, trusts, and estate administration. You will also build and maintain relationships with an established client base, as well as developing new client connections.
Delivering professional, timely, and up-to-date legal advice to clients is a critical aspect of this role. To be successful, candidates should demonstrate exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Admitted solicitor with 1–3 years post-admission experience, or a Law graduate working toward admission
- Team player who contributes positively to a collaborative environment
