Job Opportunity:

Wills and Estates Solicitor

We are seeking a skilled solicitor to join our thriving Wills & Estates team in a close-to-the-CBD location.

  • Preparing wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
  • Estate administration and preparation of administration and probate
  • Complex estate disputes including challenging the will and family provision.
  • Estate planning/trusts/administration.

This role involves working closely with solicitors in preparing and managing cases, with the opportunity to work with clients from day one on interesting cases.

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting wills and enduring powers of attorney
  • Taking client instructions
  • Excellent communication skills

Requirements:

  • 2 years + PQE (Post-Graduate Experience)
  • Interest in developing a career in wills and estates
  • Hold a current Australian Practicing Certificate
