Job Title: Estate Planning Lawyer

We are seeking a skilled estate planning lawyer to join our close-knit team of QLS Accredited Specialists. As an estate planning lawyer, you will work with high-net-worth individuals and families on complex matters involving asset protection, superannuation, and tax.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and implement estate plans for clients, including wills, powers of attorney, and trusts.
  • Provide advice on asset protection strategies, including the use of trusts and companies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored advice.

Requirements:

  • Degree in law from a recognized institution.
  • Admitted as a solicitor in Queensland.
  • Experience in succession planning, commercial or property law.
  • Strong drafting and analytical skills.
