Estate Planning Opportunity

Job Description:

This is a unique opportunity for a senior wills and estates lawyer to work alongside market-leading practitioners in a supportive environment.

  • The role involves advising on complex estate planning, including succession of trust structures and self-managed super funds (SMSFs).
  • You will draft wills, testamentary trusts, enduring powers of attorney, grant applications, and letters of administration.
  • Manage estate administration from asset realization through to distribution.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver strategic, commercially focused legal advice to clients and participate in business development activities.

  • Advise on complex estate matters, including succession planning and trust management.
  • Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
  • Manage estate administration, including asset realization and distribution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate has around 10 years' experience in wills and estates law, with strong drafting skills, attention to detail, and commitment to managing matters end-to-end.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a client-centric approach are essential for success in this role.
  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment is highly valued.
