Senior Wills and Estates Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our busy estate planning practice as a Senior Wills and Estates Lawyer.

  • Assist in the preparation, review, and execution of wills, enduring powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
  • Manage complex plans involving testamentary trusts, taxation planning, trust deeds, partnership agreements, and company constitutions to provide sophisticated solutions.
  • Gain exposure to high-net-worth agricultural clients and develop expertise in estate planning while being supported by a collaborative team.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years post-admission experience (PAE) in succession law, with demonstrated ability in drafting wills and enduring powers of attorney.
  • A genuine interest in developing technical skills and staying up-to-date with changes in legislation and case law.
