Customer Service Ambassador

Job Description:
  • Front-Line Receptionist: Provide a warm and welcoming first impression to all visitors, ensuring their journey is seamless and efficient.
  • Switchboard Operator: Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming calls, directing them to the correct department or individual.
  • Administrative Support: Manage the reception area, handle meeting room bookings, and coordinate deliveries with precision.

As part of our dynamic team, you will be empowered to take initiative, solve problems creatively, and make decisions that drive results. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently will be invaluable assets in this role.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, preferably in an administrative or reception capacity.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a busy office setting.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
