  • Expertly processing sale orders, quotations, e-commerce activities, and social media engagement
  • Providing top-notch service center and office management, driving efficiency and productivity
  • Managing stock control in the warehouse with precision, maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Crafting effective production plans with factory staff to meet growing demands
  • Coordinating logistics, transportation, and deliveries with ease, ensuring timely delivery of goods
  • Skillfully communicating with stakeholders, handling difficult conversations with tact and poise
  • Assisting with general administrative duties to support business operations
