Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily activities of the team across various departments to drive financial performance and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Optimise productivity by leveraging workforce management techniques.
  • Drive high-performance, customer-focused culture through role modeling, communication, feedback, and recognition.
  • Maximise the team's service and selling activities by effective management and delegation to minimise operational activities.
  • Lead, empower, and inspire the team with a consistent focus on developing the next generation of leaders.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a retail manager, area manager, or similar role.
  • Proven leadership skills with a 'hands-on' approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams to achieve sales and meet KPIs.
  • Experience in performance management will be highly regarded.
  • Customer-focused with superior customer service and selling skills to lead by example.
  • Strong retail, financial, and business acumen.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
