","Our Disability Support Workers engage with clients to develop skills through community participation, provide one-on-one support, community access and transport, as well as day-to-day personal care in Supported Independent Living settings.
","The ideal candidate will align with our values of being compassionate, warm, and honest, demonstrating empathy and the ability to provide excellent care for their clients.
","Variety of shifts available across morning, afternoon, nights, sleepovers, and weekends in the Barwon Region and surrounding areas.
","To be successful, you will require a minimum of 6 months working experience in Disability/Aged Care Support, hold a Certificate III or IV in Disability or equivalent, and possess current First Aid & CPR certification.
","Above all, we offer above award pay rates, weekly pay cycles, and a supportive recruitment consultant and allocations team available 24/7.
