  • Perform light domestic assistance, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.\
  • Commit to ongoing client schedules and work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.\
  • Work independently in a one-to-one environment, utilizing your initiative and problem-solving skills.\
  • Possess a genuine desire to support people to live the life they want, in their own home.\
  • Demonstrate respect for the rights, dignity, and ability of others.\
  • Hold a valid Driver's Licence and own a reliable vehicle.\
  • Possess a National Police Check (less than 3 years old), First Aid Certification, and a Smartphone with internet access.\
  • Have experience in Personal Care Assistance (Male or Female).\
  • Certificate III or higher in Age Care / Individual Support is desirable but not essential.\
  • Ability to work in Cranbourne VIC, with a reliable means of transportation.\
