Job Title: Clinical Leader for Ageing Care

This position is a clinical leadership role where you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for delivering high-quality clinical care and leading teams in a residential aged care setting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing holistic assessments, developing individualised care plans, and evaluating and determining clinical decisions that guide our care staff.

You will also be expected to mentor and lead nurses and care staff on best practice and care services, train and educate staff, and conduct daily clinical monitoring and review.

About You
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Ideal experience within aged care
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and all levels of staff
  • At least 3 years of experience working in an aged care setting as an RN in charge

The successful applicant must complete a National Police Check, provide proof of Flu & COVID-19 Vaccination and possibly complete a NDIS Worker Screen.
