Senior Clinical Leader

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Care Director to join our team at a 144-bed residence located in the heart of Bendigo, regional Victoria.
The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to promote a positive learning environment for staff development and resident wellbeing.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Assessing, planning, and evaluating resident care while nurturing partnerships with family members to ensure the provision of safe, quality care.
- Promoting a positive learning environment to develop the capability and knowledge of the next generation of carers and nurses.
- Overseeing clinical governance through quality improvement processes, auditing, and reporting.
- Monitoring the availability and provision of clinical resources.
- Developing clinical care programs to ensure they are of the highest standard.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a clinical leadership role within a large aged care home.
- Qualifications as a registered nurse with current registration.
- Experience in managing people and budgets.
- Australian working rights.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
