Leadership Role in Aged Care

We are seeking a highly experienced Clinical Care Manager to lead our clinical operations team in regional Victoria.

  • Mentor and support a dedicated clinical and care team to ensure compliance and foster a resident-centred culture.
  • Develop and implement clinical audits, risk management strategies, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to create individualised care plans that meet their unique needs.

The ideal candidate will have current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and proven experience in a senior clinical role in residential aged care.

  • Deep knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and AN-ACC frameworks is essential.
  • Skilled in clinical assessments, care planning, risk management, and team leadership is required.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Manager to take on a leadership role in regional Victoria. We offer relocation and temporary accommodation support to the right candidate.

The salary package includes $130,000 – $145,000 + Super (negotiable).
