Aged Care Facility Leader

Aged care facility leaders are responsible for driving high-quality person-centered care. This role offers an opportunity to oversee the operational and clinical management of residential aged care facilities, leading multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with regulations and accreditation requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing the day-to-day operations of residential aged care facilities
- Leading and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
- Ensuring adherence to Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Providing guidance and support to staff members
- Effectively managing facility resources and budgets
For this position, we require at least two years' experience in aged care leadership, including recent experience as a leader in a Residential Aged Care Facility (RACF). You will also need demonstrated knowledge of ACFI, aged care funding models, Quality Standards, and accreditation processes.
As a key player in delivering high-quality care, you will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
