Aged Care Services Leader

This is a challenging opportunity for experienced professionals to drive and support aged care services in under-resourced areas.
As an Aged Care Services Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational and clinical management of residential aged care facilities in accordance with organisational policy and government regulations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Directing multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
- Ensuring compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards, ACFI, accreditation requirements, and continuous improvement frameworks
- Maintaining accurate records, reports, and clinical documentation aligned with current legislation and internal procedures
- Supporting and mentoring staff to promote a culture of safety, collaboration, and excellence in care
- Managing facility resources and occupancy levels effectively
We are seeking individuals with at least two years' experience in aged care management, including recent (within the last 12 months) experience as a Facility Manager in a Residential Aged Care Facility (RACF).
