Lead Clinical Healthcare Professional

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Clinical Healthcare Professional to join our team. As a key member of our clinical leadership group, you will be responsible for providing high-level clinical guidance and support to our staff, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of care and service delivery.

  • The successful candidate will have extensive experience as a Registered Nurse in Aged Care, with a proven track record of providing leadership and expertise to healthcare teams.
  • They will also possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, residents, and families.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with our senior leadership team to develop and implement clinical strategies that drive quality improvement and patient-centered care. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.
