We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Darwin. As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide essential support to individuals with disabilities, helping them achieve their goals, improve independence, and enhance their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Provide assessment, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions to support participants in achieving their goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide the best possible care and support.
- Develop and implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions, such as mobility training and home modifications.
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- AHPRA registration.
- Knowledge of the NDIS framework and process is highly regarded.
- Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills.
- WWC check, criminal history check, NDIS screening clearance check, and valid driver's licence.
- Above award wages.
- Travel allowance when working remote.
- Up to $3,500 for relocation assistance for eligible candidates.
- Flexible working hours available.
- Eligibility for Professional Development grants.
- Opportunity to travel across the Territory.
NT PHN/RWA NT may be able to offer relocation support and clinical educational financial assistance to health professionals who are relocating to the NT or moving within the NT to a greater remoteness area classification for the purposes of employment and further clinical education.
