  • Previous experience working as an asphalt labourer or in a similar role
  • A current and valid driver's license
  • RII tickets, including Skid Steer, Roller and Loader operation
  • Physical fitness and ability to perform demanding manual labor tasks
  • A construction induction card (white card)
  • Ability to pass a medical and pre-employment drug screen
  • A hard-working and flexible attitude
