We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Asphalt Workers to join our growing team. If you take pride in your work, thrive in a hands-on environment, and want to be part of quality projects across Brisbane/Gold Coast, we want to hear from you.

Roles we require:

  • Asphalt Labourer
  • Screed Operator/Paver Operator
  • Roller Operator
  • Tipper Truck Driver
  • Skid Steer/Loader Operator
  • Quality Control Technician

About the Role:

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Laying, raking, and compacting asphalt for roads, driveways, and car parks
  • Operating asphalt equipment such as rollers, pavers, and hand tools
  • Working with the crew to ensure quality finishes and safe work practices
  • Following site plans and directions from supervisors
  • Completing physical tasks in hot and outdoor environments

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in asphalt or civil construction (minimum 1 year required)
  • White Card (mandatory)
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
  • Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
  • HR or MR licence and plant tickets are an advantage
  • Relevant RII machine tickets
