We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the operations of our public bar and dining room. As a key member of our core management team, you will lead a team of floor staff in delivering exceptional customer service and warm hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct a team of floor staff to provide genuine hospitality and ensure high levels of customer service.
  • Day-to-day operation of the public bar and dining room with support from the Venue Manager and Bar Supervisor.
  • Built relationships with regular and local clientele, providing personalized service and recommendations.
  • Develop and train floor staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure a positive experience for all guests.

About You:

  • You have a passion for hospitality and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience supervising restaurant/dining areas, with a proven track record of success.
  • A hands-on approach, leading by example and providing guidance and support to your team.
  • Generous with your time and knowledge, willing to train and develop others.
  • Able to confidently recommend wine pairings and maintain a professional approach with attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude, with a can-do approach and ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Experience hosting functions and events, with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
