Job Title: In-Room Dining Team Leader


About the Role:


We are seeking a motivated and experienced In-Room Dining Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the In-Room Dining Service team and deliver room service to guests in accordance with high standards.
  • Ensure the team adequately stocks and cleans the back-of-house area at all times.
  • Assist with stocking mini bar items in guest rooms.
  • Assist with serving food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
  • Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience.
  • Oversee that the In-Room Dining team complete general operational tasks.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, exhibiting our legendary service and enabling future bookings.
  • Be an empowering leader by providing motivation and support to your department's team members.
  • Plan and execute team-building activities for our associates as they are our most important assets.

To be successful in this role, you will need:


  • A current RSA certificate.
  • Relevant experience in a similar team lead role.
  • Working rights in Australia.
  • Enthusiasm to escalate your career.
