Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Lead - In Room Dining
  • Lead the In Room Dining Service team and deliver room service to guests in accordance with the standards of the operating procedure guidelines.
  • Ensure the team maintains a well-stocked and clean back of house area at all times.
  • Assist with stocking mini bar items in guest rooms, ensuring optimal levels for customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional service by assisting with serving food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests, meeting their evolving needs.
  • Maintain operational efficiency by overseeing general tasks completed by the In Room Dining team.
  • Build strong relationships with guests, promoting our service excellence and driving repeat business through positive experiences.
  • Promote a positive work environment by empowering associates through motivation and support, encouraging teamwork and development.
  • Foster a culture of inclusivity and growth by planning and executing team-building activities, recognizing the value of our associates as our greatest assets.
