Job Opportunity

The Associate Director will be responsible for reviewing and implementing the business plan, developing opportunities aligned with strategy, and exploring market opportunities.

This role involves managing key accounts, developing relationships, securing opportunities, and providing service delivery.

The Associate Director will be a key stakeholder and first point of contact, reviewing performance against client strategies and staff engagement quarterly with the Director/Executive Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and implement the business plan to drive growth and revenue.
  • Develop opportunities aligned with strategy and explore market opportunities to expand the business.
  • Manage key accounts, develop relationships, secure opportunities, and provide service delivery to clients.

Requirements:
