Director of Digital Growth and Expansion

This is a leadership role that requires a unique blend of strategic vision, operational expertise, and technical knowledge. As Director of Digital Growth and Expansion, you will be responsible for developing and executing a global digital revenue strategy that drives business growth and expansion.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital commerce, with experience leading high-growth environments and driving revenue growth through innovative strategies and operations. You will be responsible for building and managing a team of channel leads, as well as developing and implementing cross-functional plans to drive revenue growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a global digital revenue strategy that drives business growth and expansion
  • Build and manage a team of channel leads to drive revenue growth and expansion
  • Develop and implement cross-functional plans to drive revenue growth and expansion
  • Lead international expansion efforts, including developing and implementing strategies for new markets
  • Drive end-to-end commercial performance across leading DTC platforms and marketplace channels
Requirements
  • Solid experience leading digital commerce at scale, ideally with international or multi-market scope
  • Proven results growing DTC platforms and marketplace channels, and emerging marketplaces revenue in high-growth environments
  • Commercially minded with deep operational instincts
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with ability to scale systems and teams
  • Fluency in eCommerce analytics, platform advertising, and customer lifecycle optimisation
