About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead the management of a boutique portfolio of Commercial & Industrial assets.

  • This key role will be responsible for effectively managing and maximising the performance of the portfolio, including overseeing presentation, maintenance, and compliance.
  • The successful candidate will build and maintain close relationships with clients and tenants, ensuring seamless communication and high-quality service delivery.
  • Key responsibilities include leasing, financial reporting, team management, and property operations.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years' experience in Commercial & / or Industrial property management, including a thorough understanding of leasing practices, legislation, procedures, and terminology.
  • National Scheme NSW Real Estate Certificate or Licence.
  • Strong working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities, developments, and trends.
  • Strong Excel skills and previous use of MRI management system (or similar) is highly regarded.
  • Strong organisational and negotiation skills, with ability to build and foster key relationships.
