$60K per year plus commission

We are currently searching for new superstars to join our ever-growing Property Management Department.

We are looking for Property Manager/s who are passionate, determined, and enthusiastic. We have a lively, dynamic, hard-working culture in which everyone is rewarded for their work and genuinely gets along

This position would suit someone with Property Management experience managing their portfolio or looking to progress from a Junior Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager to a senior position who enjoys and has the confidence to look after their portfolio.

The successful applicant will need to possess the following:

- Must have an Assistant Agents Certificate
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm
- Willingness to learn and adaptability to do a variety of tasks
- Eagerness to offer exemplary customer service
- Reliable car & a valid driver's license

Some of the tasks involved in this role will include (but are not limited to):

- Condition reports
- Routine inspections
- Property Management letters
- Rental arrears
- Lease renewals
- Rent increases
- Final inspections
- Signing up for new leases
- Processing bonds
- Preparing for and attending NCAT cases
- Arranging anniversary cards and gifts for owners and tenants
- Arrange property maintenance and repairs
- Issuing breach notices
- Keeping up to date and practice with current Property Management Legislation
- Listing properties for rent,

Days of work are Monday
- Saturday, 8:30 am-5.30 pm.

**Experience**:

- Property management: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate) (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
