Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Property Operations Manager to join our real estate management team in Sydney CBD.

This role will involve developing and implementing effective commercial property management solutions that drive value and efficiency.

  • Assist senior managers in building strong relationships with owners, tenants, and operational personnel to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Implement and maintain sound financial management and lease administration procedures.
  • Liaise with tenants regarding lease administration as requested by senior managers.
  • Update tenancy schedules with all lease data and capture key action dates.
  • Prepare regular reporting, including financial analysis, diary reports, and other documents as required.
  • Conduct regular inspections to oversee the presentation and maintenance of property assets, ensuring high standards of appearance.
Requirements
  • Recent graduate from a Property-related degree.
  • Previous experience in residential or commercial property management is advantageous but not essential.
  • Current holding or willingness to obtain a Certificate of Registration.
  • Strong organisational and negotiation skills.
