We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee our commercial property portfolio. The successful candidate will have a strong background in lease administration, negotiation and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lease Administration: Manage day-to-day activities related to commercial leases including rent collection, lease renewals, and lease terminations.
  • Tenant Relationships: Foster positive relationships with tenants ensuring their needs are met while maintaining profitable and efficient management of properties.
  • Property Inspections and Maintenance: Conduct regular property inspections, manage arrears, coordinate maintenance, and prepare financial reports to ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements
  • Strong Skills: Lease Administration, Lease Negotiations, Property Management, Leases.
  • Candidates Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or Business Administration, Real Estate Licence, previous experience in Commercial Property Management is highly preferred.
  • Skills: Proficient in property management software released and inspection manager, exceptional organizational and time management skills.
