
Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist

This role is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and motivated professional to join our national team of consultants providing clinical services and evidence-based case management for injured workers.
You will work across national and state-based customer contracts, performing assessments and interventions in various environments, including family homes, workplaces, medical centres, and clinics. Your goal will be to help clients achieve their health outcomes through best practice health engagements.
The ORS executive team prioritizes work-life balance, offering resources such as the ability to work from home, allocate clients near your residence, and provide a flexible calendar to suit your schedule.
- We provide suburban office locations with free onsite and local parking.
- Employees can choose to work part-time or reduced hours.
Additionally, we support employees with their supervised practice pathways to general registration as a Psychologist by funding up to $12,000 in annual supervision costs to complete an internship program.
A Few Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, or Nursing.
- Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA or ASORC (preferred).
- A vehicle and licence.
- A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to acquire one for client-facing roles.
As a Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping clients achieve their health goals. You will work closely with our national team to provide high-quality services and make a real difference in people's lives.

- Work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and care coordination.
