Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. This unique role involves working with clients across various portfolios, including Personal Injury and Defence.

This is an exciting opportunity for professionals looking for flexibility in their work arrangement. The successful candidate will have the option to work full-time or part-time and can choose to work from home when not on-site.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in workplace rehabilitation and possess strong communication skills. They will be responsible for managing client caseloads, engaging with stakeholders, and facilitating timely returns to work or deployable status.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied caseload of Workplace Health clients and Defence members
  • Engage clients and liaise with stakeholders to facilitate safe and timely returns to work or deployable status
  • Perform discipline-specific assessments and attend case conferences

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
  • Experience working in workplace rehabilitation, preferably with Defence or Personal Injury clients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A willingness to work independently and as part of a team
