Drafting Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced Drafting Manager to lead our dedicated drafting team. This role is pivotal in guiding day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality outputs and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Lead the drafting team by nurturing talent and providing team members with necessary tools and support.
- Manage drafting operations to ensure successful delivery of all projects to professional standards.
- Ensure resourcing and team development meet current and future needs.
- Provide expert technical knowledge to clients on complex projects.
- Draft survey-related plans including topographic, architectural, engineering, and cadastral plans.
- Expert knowledge of cadastral and land titling processes.
- Expert drafting skills in AutoCAD and preferably with exposure to Liscad and 12D.
- Strong understanding of coordinate systems in a CAD environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and client contexts.
- Strong organisational skills to manage workloads, priorities, and deadlines.
