Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience leading and growing high-performing engineering teams
  • Prior industry experience as a back-end engineer
  • Experience building large-scale distributed systems
  • Experience shipping customer-facing features
  • Demonstrated ability to drive technical excellence
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
