About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Digital Adoption Team as a Senior Manager, where you will play a key role in driving digital adoption across the organisation. We are looking for someone with deep knowledge and experience of digital products and services, who can use their expertise to ensure the full realisation of digital dividends.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with strategic partners and stakeholders to identify opportunities to exploit existing digital tools and drive business outcomes. You will provide expert advice and support to ensure that digital solutions are aligned with business objectives and measured for success.

We are seeking someone who is passionate about digital adoption and has a track record of delivering successful change management initiatives. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects and contribute to the development of our digital strategy.

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Creating business change products and leading engagement with key contacts to ensure they are fit for purpose.
  • Working with the team and senior managers to create and maintain communications plans and providing content for digital adoption communications.
  • Identifying and classifying stakeholders and acting as the point of contact for large groups and senior stakeholders.
  • Designing and delivering business process and operating model improvements using M365 to drive alignment and efficiency.
  • Providing project colleagues with change management support and guidance.

You will also be expected to carry out day-to-day activities such as undertaking training and managing performance.

Please note that due to business requirements, this role is only available on a full-time basis. However, job-share and compressed hours are available. Travel within the UK and overnight stays will be required.
