Job Title: Digital Transformation Lead

As a key member of the senior team, you will be responsible for leading client meetings, developing and implementing sales plans and strategies, and overseeing project deliverables. Your expertise in website design, graphic design, and digital brand strategy will be instrumental in driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client meetings to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.\
  • Oversee and manage project deliverables, goals, and outcomes.\
  • Provide status reports on project milestones.\
  • Create design briefs for the design team.\
  • Implement website conversion strategies, design, and development (front-end).\
  • Design work in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Canva.\
  • Ensure project quality control, reviewing, editing, and proofing project work produced by other team members.\
  • Generate and analyze digital marketing reports and manage a digital schedule.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years previous experience at an agency or marketing consultancy.\
  • Strong background in website design, graphic design, and digital brand strategy.\
  • Client account and project management.\
  • Deliver projects within a timeframe and budget.
