Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team at Localsearch, a leading digital marketing agency based in Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing Google Ads strategies to improve lead generation for small and medium businesses across Australia.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing Google Ads strategies to improve lead generation for SMBs across Australia.
  • Driving measurable growth for client campaigns and providing guidance to fulfillment teams through training sessions and documentation.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and contributing innovative ideas to improve campaigns and strategies.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and participating in ongoing training across Google Ads and Meta Ads to enhance expertise.
Requirements
  • Be an Australian citizen or hold Australian residency.
  • Have hands-on experience in Google Ads, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Understand Google Ads principles and have practical experience developing strategies for SMBs.
  • Be proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager; experience with Meta Ads is a bonus.
  • Bring a proactive, can-do attitude and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Be eager to learn and grow with strong project and time management skills.
  • Be friendly, approachable, and collaborative within a team.
