Job Overview

The role involves supporting the department's digital transformation through campaigns, promotions, and training aimed at increasing digital adoption.

A key responsibility is to identify and classify stakeholders, ensuring their inclusion in a stakeholder engagement plan.

This position requires a deep understanding of digital technologies and change methodologies to drive business process improvements using Microsoft 365.

You will work collaboratively with strategic partners and stakeholders to exploit existing digital tools and increase the return on investment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Developing required Business Change (Digital Adoption) products and leading on engagement with key contacts.
  • Creating and maintaining communications plans, including Business Change (Digital Adoption) messaging.
  • Designing and delivering business process and operating model improvements using M365.
  • Providing Change Management support and guidance to project colleagues.
Day-to-Day Activities
  • Undertaking appropriate training for the role and seeking to constantly improve performance through personal development.
  • Managing the performance and supporting the development of team members.
Working Arrangements

Due to business requirements, this role is available on a full-time basis. However, job-share and compressed hours are available.

Travel Requirements

Some travel within the UK and overnight stays will be required.
