
Customer Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Professional to join our team at Brisbane Airport.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
You will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers at the rental counter, completing rental bookings, and responding to general customer inquiries.
Establish strong relationships with customers by actively listening to their needs and preferences.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our products and services to determine the best solutions for customers.
Communicate clearly and effectively with customers to ensure a smooth and efficient rental process.
Process rental bookings accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely completion and minimal delays.
Provide exceptional support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
A full and valid Australian driver's licence.
Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is highly regarded.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Proficiency in using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information.
