Customer Service Representative

The customer service team plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service to the community and supporting other service units to enhance service delivery.

As a key member of our team, you will respond accurately to inbound customer inquiries and address issues, questions, and complaints with the goal of first point of contact resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and address issues effectively.
  • Process applications, compile requests for action by relevant departments, and manage financial transactions.
  • Ensure adherence to client policies, procedures, and service standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a call center environment.
  • Previous government experience in local, state, or federal government is desirable.
  • Ability to quickly and accurately navigate multiple systems.
  • Ability to process high work volumes with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and written communication skills with a focus on quality customer service.
