Customer Service Representative Job Description

The role of the Customer Service Representative is pivotal in supporting our diverse customer base. As a key member of our team, you will be committed to delivering exceptional customer service, demonstrating flexibility when required, and being motivated to take on new initiatives.

  • This includes preparing detailed cost estimates, invoices, and sales orders, reviewing information on estimates and invoices with Customer Service Managers, and completing costing analysis and calculating profit margins.
  • You will also provide assistance and support to Manager of Customer Service and Customer Service Managers, prepare and review complex engine information with Customer Service Managers, and coordinate all customer support activities in relation to piece part sales, exchanges, and component repairs.

To achieve success in this role, you will need a strong commercial understanding and basic accounting techniques, with high attention to detail and accuracy.

In addition, experience in the aerospace industry and aircraft engine exposure and knowledge is desirable.
