About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in NSW. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability across our NSW region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales initiatives and programs.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales professionals.
