About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Services Sales Account Manager to join our team in Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a demand generation strategy to position Infinity Global Services (IGS) value with customers and field sales teams.
  • Create internal account strategies to ensure IGS is involved in strategic opportunities, including account planning, opportunity seeding, strategy development, and execution.
  • Ensure account strategies for customers and partners cover both sell-to and sell-through opportunities.
  • Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including field sales teams and partners.
  • Grow new business, cross-sell, up-sell, and retain existing business through partner engagements.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in named Account Management or Territory Sales.
  • Desirable: 5+ years of experience in Service Account Management or Services Sales Specialist roles.
  • Candidates should have a background in selling Cybersecurity solutions and services, preferably with Cybersecurity vendor companies, managing services, consulting, and professional services.
  • A proven track record of success is essential.
  • Candidates must be self-motivated, driven, and skilled deal closers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
  • Travel within the region may be necessary.

Estimated Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
