Job Description

As a facilities operations manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our commercial properties. You will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the buildings, as well as managing relationships with tenants and contractors.

Your primary objective will be to maximize building performance in terms of sustainability, risk management, and client reporting. You will achieve this by implementing effective strategies and initiatives that align with our company's goals and values.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively interact with various stakeholders, including tenants, contractors, and internal teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a facilities or operations manager role, preferably in commercial property assets
  • Strong knowledge of sustainability principles and risk management practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
