We are seeking a highly skilled Property Maintenance Professional to join our team in Albury.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional maintenance services and contributing to the well-being of our residents.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining all aspects of property maintenance including minor building and construction work;
  • Ensuring the grounds of our facilities are presented in an optimal manner at all times;
  • Assisting with the maintenance and development of gardens as directed;
  • Undertaking cleaning tasks to ensure the grounds are always visually appealing;
  • Providing input into the requirements for the maintenance and repair of equipment;
  • Assisting with weed and pest eradication programs as required;
  • Participating in WH&S programs to ensure regulatory requirements, risk management, injury management and staff consultation processes are implemented.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, basic computer skills and experience in undertaking a broad range of trade/handyman tasks. They will also possess a current and valid driver's licence and be willing to participate in the after-hours on-call roster.
