Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the internal and external restaurant environment to provide a clean, welcoming space for customers and staff.
  • Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and the restaurant is safe and secure from potential hazards.
  • Organise and maintain the back area of the restaurant, including the rubbish area and staff toilets.
  • Comply with restaurant safety and security standards to create a safe working environment.
