We are seeking a Facilities Manager based at Myer Centrepoint, Albury. Open to the role being part-time or full-time for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive and hands on approach to managing the job and "walking the floor" in the centre;

  • Planning of repair, maintenance and upgrading works to meet customer and retailer requirements;

  • Produce and manage the Annual Outgoings budgets and controlling expenditures against budget;

  • Coordinating and managing contractors to deliver required outcomes;

  • Tenancy delivery requirements;

  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the property through capital expenditures;

  • Risk management and compliance with company OH&S policies and procedures.

Experiences/Skills Required

  • Experience working as an Operations/Facilities Manager within a retail/property setting or similar highly regarded;

  • Experience working in compliance with company OH&S policies and work safe reporting requirements;

  • Excellent time management and stakeholder management skills;

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;

  • Tertiary qualification in OH&S or related discipline advantageous.
