Job Title: Superannuation Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superannuation Product Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-performing product team that drives innovation in the superannuation industry.

About the Job:

This role involves providing subject matter expertise to research, evaluate, co-develop, and implement integrated market-leading superannuation products in accordance with our strategic goals.

You will play a key part in the ongoing product management of our superannuation products across corporate, pensions, and personal markets to ensure they continue to provide value for our members.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Planning and implementing superannuation legislative changes to meet regulatory requirements.
  2. Managing the development, compliance, and production of product disclosure documents for superannuation, insurance, and retirement product solutions.
  3. Partnering with senior managers and product managers to deliver annual member outcomes assessments, design and distribution obligations, including target market determinations, APRA reporting, RG97 fees and costs disclosure, and other ongoing regulatory requirements as they arise.
  4. Conducting competitor landscape monitoring to support senior managers with ongoing pricing reviews to meet member needs and continue to deliver on the integrity of the brand.
  5. Ensuring product materials and offerings are compliant and working closely with product communication managers on the ongoing management of letters, forms, website, and app content.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications in finance, business, economics, or a similar discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Required experience, understanding, or credentials including:
    • Experience and knowledge of the superannuation industry and product offerings.
    • Proven experience in superannuation product management, end-to-end product development, and implementation (including corporate/employer superannuation).
    • Strong regulation and research skills and the ability to interpret data and translate complex information for a range of stakeholders.
