Job Title: Senior Superannuation Legal Specialist


The Opportunity

In this pivotal role, you will support the development of our superannuation legal function by advising on product innovation, regulatory compliance, transactions, and business needs.

This is a 12-month parental leave contract opportunity to work with an experienced senior lawyer who can contribute their expertise in shaping the superannuation legal landscape.

You will report directly to the General Counsel & Head of Compliance, working closely with the team to drive business objectives forward.


Requirements
  1. A minimum of senior-level experience in superannuation law from top/mid-tier law firms or in-house settings.
  2. Detailed knowledge of superannuation legislation, governance, and compliance regulations.
  3. Prior experience in collaborating with senior management and boards within financial services industries.
  4. Strong drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  5. Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments and work independently.
