We are seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to join our team, where you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and building lasting relationships with major clients. As a Key Account Manager, you will lead efforts to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue and deliver exceptional value to our clients.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive the continued growth of major account relationships, ensuring personal and team sales targets are consistently met.
- Drive revenue generation through various channels by identifying market opportunities and developing innovative sales approaches.
- Lead client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating the value proposition of our solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships through effective communication and collaboration with clients and key stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and partner.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.
- Create compelling proposals that align with client goals and effectively highlight the unique benefits of our offering.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, including revenue targets, conversion rates, and pipeline activity to drive data-driven decision making.
- 2+ Years experience in account management or in a sales position in publishing or agency.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build trust and foster enduring relationships.
- Strong analytical abilities, with a knack for utilising data to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Experience in conducting needs assessments, developing customized solutions, and delivering persuasive sales presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large and complex client accounts, including relationship building, contract negotiation, and account growth strategies.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets, identifying market opportunities, and developing innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive account plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
