Job Title: Senior Client Director

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage key client relationships and drive business outcomes. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating strong communication and relationship building skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead senior client relationships and develop trusted advisor status through effective collaboration and strategic planning.
  • Accountable for overall client relationship, operations, and deliverables ensuring timely and quality results.
  • Work closely with strategy and investment teams to deliver innovative media campaigns that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Develop and execute media plans that align with strategic direction and core media ideas driving business growth and revenue.
  • Identify opportunities across the organization to deliver integrated projects that enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in client service and stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated success in providing strategic direction for key clients.
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel channel planning and campaign optimization.
  • Able to cultivate collaboration and engagement quickly among team members promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in an agile environment adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong financial acumen negotiation and influencing skills ensuring successful business outcomes.
