Strategic Risk Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our team and provide expert guidance on governance, risk, and compliance frameworks for Australian businesses.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing and consulting, with a keen interest in further developing their knowledge and skills in GRC/HSW/ESG. Alternatively, they may be a seasoned risk specialist looking to expand their expertise into auditing and consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients at senior levels to design and implement effective governance, risk, and compliance frameworks
  • Lead clients in assessing material HSW issues and risks and supporting HSW due diligence; risk governance, strategy, and assurance activities;
  • Work closely with clients and engagement teams to improve and report HSW performance in accordance with a wide range of frameworks
  • Lead client's internal audit programs with specific HSW requirements and focus areas for example, third-party risk management or psychosocial risk management.
  • Advise clients on the design and implementation of leading practice ESG practices

Requirements:

  • Experienced auditor or management consultant with an interest and willingness to further develop GRC/HSW/ESG knowledge and experience; or
  • Experienced GRC/HSW/ESG risk specialist with an interest and willingness to develop auditing or consulting skills
